Each site must adhere to strict guidelines as far as other events that can take place during a Night Lights respite event.
Access to the agreed upon space as it is reserved from 5pm until 10:30pm one Friday of every month (whichever Friday night that works best for the leadership team and host facility).
- We do ask for it to be the same every month for consistency purposes (ie: the second Friday of every month).
If there is a conflict due to a holy day of obligation, that must be communicated in writing 30 days in advance.
